Service and access

ScreenTaste is a tool for tracking what you watch, social recommendations and AI picks. Beta access is by personal invitation only; accounts are personal and non-transferable. We may grant, suspend or end beta access at our discretion.

Your content

Your library, reactions and notes belong to you. You grant us the right to process them solely to run the service (showing friends what your privacy settings allow, computing recommendations). Film and book metadata comes from third-party catalogs (TMDB, Open Library and others) and belongs to their owners.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• break or circumvent the service’s technical restrictions and rate limits;
• scrape or bulk-collect other users’ data;
• impersonate others or share your invite for abuse;
• use the service for unlawful content or harassment.

Beta, warranties, liability

The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation or data retention (we keep backups, but beta is beta). To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (in beta: zero).

Termination

You can delete your account at any time (write to kchabanov3@gmail.com). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. We may update them; material changes will be announced in the product. Questions: kchabanov3@gmail.com.
